Philosophy of Education:

Every student can learn. Every child deserves a safe environment that is conducive to learning. All students need to be encouraged and built up. Stumbling blocks should not impede their progress or dampen their desire to learn. Education should provide life lessons for the students. Mere memorization and regurgitation of facts is meaningless unless presented in a manner that gives relevance to the materials covered. They need life skills. Students need to be able to apply their knowledge to real life situations. Education needs to help them believe in themselves and guide them to achieve their goals. In Music Education, students should experience different venues of music that lead to becoming life-long consumers of music.
