The main homework that your child will be working on is our Math HomeLinks and occasional homework assignments corresponding to other subject areas. HomeLinks are helpful for reinforcing math concepts which we are covering in class and for you to see how your child is progressing in Math. Each HomeLink is related to the lesson in class for that day, so, ideally they should be done on the evening that they are sent home. I’m sure that you will find these activities useful in helping your children use math concepts in the world around them. If there are any another assignments, there will be a note indicating the assignment and its due date.
Your child will have homework Monday-Thursday.
Your child is expected to read daily for at least 20 minutes.
