I'm so glad you stopped by. I look forward to working with your child this year!

I teach math and advanced math, as well as English and spelling. I am a published author of inspirational fiction with White Rose Publishing.

I am a graduate of the University of Illinois and the University of Tennessee, with certifications in both Elementary and Special Education. I hold an
Education Specialist degree with Administrator's Certification.
This is my 25th year teaching in Sevier County.

Math/Advanced Math Note: Each student is required to bring a pencil, spiral
                                                notebook, and loose leaf paper to class each day.
                                                Notes will be checked and graded weekly.

English Note: Students will work on grammar and writing. Please have your child
                       bring a pencil, loose leaf paper, and a folder to class each day.

Spelling Note: A new spelling unit will be assigned each Monday (or the first day of the
                      school week if there is no school on Monday). All spelling assignments
                          are due on Thursday. A spelling test will be given each Friday (or
                      the last day of the school week, if there is no school on Friday).
                      Students are required to bring a pencil, paper, and folder to class each
                          day.
