Mrs. Bailey has been a band director at Heritage Middle School since the school opened in trailers behind Heritage Elementary in the fall of 2003. She is currently serving as the school's webmaster, a chair of the Positive Behavior Support team, on leadership team, and is department chair for the arts department.

When she's not doing school work, she's walking her greyhounds - Max and foster Gracie.
