6th Grade

Tracks 3 and 4: Remember that #66 and #72 must be recorded in SmartMusic for 3rd quarter. Parents, you can check SPAN to see if your musician has taken their test. Make sure you have your book/music, pencil, and working instrument in class every day.

Tracks 1 and 2: Track 1 - enjoy your trackout! Track 2 - remember the playing test on #72 for SmartMusic will be Thursday, March 18, and Friday (if we need it) 19. Make sure you have your book/music, pencil, and working instrument in class every day.


7th grade

 Tracks 1 and 2:  Track 1 - enjoy your trackout! Track 2 - remember we have the Bb scale playing test on SmartMusic. We'll use Thursday and Friday (March 18 and 19) to record everyone. Make sure you have your book/music, pencil, and working instrument in class every day.

Tracks 3 and 4:  Make sure all of your SmartMusic assessments are up-to-date and complete. Grades are due soon! Remember to have respect for all - especially substitute teachers. Make sure you have your book/music, pencil, and working instrument in class every day.


 8th grade

Tracks 3 and 4: Great job at "festival" - we'll be doing some sight-reading Thursday and Friday for potential final concert pieces. Your final concert is June 22. Remember to check the high school information board in the bandroom for high school marching/concert band audition information. Not every high school director requires and audition, but some do. Write down important dates and times in your agenda! Make sure you have your book/music, pencil, and working instrument every day in class.
