I'm originally from Rockford, IL and graduated from Bradley University with a B.A. in May 2008. I actually completed my student teaching at CHS spring of '08. I was fortunate enough to be able to return and start my teaching career here. This will be my third year teaching English here. This year, I have sophomores, honors sophomores, and the school newspaper, The Pennant. I look forward to taking on this new class and working with all my new students. I am also pursuing my Master's degree in English writing at Bradley University.
In my free time, I love traveling, reading, spending time outside, seeing musicals, and going to Chicago (my favorite city) whenever I get the chance.
