KINDERGARTEN MATH: 
 
  • Practice making patterns using buttons, candy, cereal, and other objects around the house.    AB,   ABB, AAB, ABC

 

  • Read/recognize, count orally, count objects, & write numbers 1-100, then count by 10's & 5's.

 

  • Identify coins & their value - penny, nickel & dime. 

 

  • Identify, name & draw the 7 basic shapes: triangle, circle, rectangle, ellipse (oval), rhombus (diamond), square, and hexagon.


  • Identify solid shapes:  pyramid, cone, sphere, cylinder, cube,

 

  • Identify half & whole (half of a pizza vs. a whole pizza).

 

  • Practice putting puzzles together for problem solving.


  • Add and subtract numbers 0-5 fluently.
